Click Lab is deliberately small and hands-on.

You work directly with someone who understands the full picture — website structure, conversion behaviour, Google Ads, SEO, and how they interact. There’s no hand-off to a junior team and no disconnect between strategy and execution.

Projects are shaped around the business model and buying decision, not a fixed template or package.

That also means we’re selective about who we work with.

What we don’t do

We’re not a good fit for:

  • Standalone SEO or ad management without site involvement

  • Cosmetic redesigns with no impact on enquiries

  • Volume-based agency work

  • Long retainers without accountability

The work only makes sense when there’s a clear goal and a willingness to improve both the website and how traffic is driven to it.

Click Lab is led by Jan Dunlop, a digital strategist with over 25 years’ experience working with service-based businesses where enquiries are critical to revenue.

Jan works directly with clients across website strategy, conversion design, Google Ads, and SEO — ensuring decisions are made with a clear view of how traffic, structure, and enquiries connect.
